Connor's Thoughts

Happy Easter - yes, I know this is day of the Resurrection - but at my age it's more fun to look for eggs and wear new clothes.  (Dad syas the Easter Bunny left the eggs - man, I'm really confused - I thought chickens layed eggs - not bunnies.)

We went to Church this morning and then I came home early with Grandma and Grandpa so that Mom and Dad could enjoy their classes more.  Sue and Sue (Grandma and Grandpa) feed me mac and cheese and her famous chocolate/bannana malt, then we played with the hats.  I have my own hat down at their house and we play games with how we wear them and stack them.  Sometimes Grandpa plays hide and seek with my hat.

Later we went outside to look for eggs.  Now someone explain to me why it is so cold on Easter Sunday.  I had to wear my coat and it was still cold, but, I don't mind I found 24 eggs.  I share 2 with Mason so he would have some, too.

The temperature was about 18 degrees this morning and about 45 degrees when we went looking for eggs.

The first egg I opened up had stars in it so I didn't have to have enzymes before I could eat them.  Other eggs had candy and I got my enzymes before I ate those.

Mason and I got shirts and dark glasses from Grandma Jones.  The glasses make us look like Easter bunnies.  I think Mom took some pictures of us - so if you bug here she might post them with my other pictures.

OK, we've now had Valentines day and Easter - when's the next day I get some loot?
