1. Albuterol Sulfate Inhalation Solution, 0.5%...dose, 0.5ml Mix with Sodium Chloride 0.9% in Nebulizer morning and night 2. Zantac 75MG/5ML...dose take 1ml morning and night 3. Vitamax Pediatric Drops...dose, 2ml a day 4. Pulmozyme 1MG/ML...dose, one capsule 2.5ml in nebulizer in the morning 5. Creon5 enzymes...dose, three with every meal or snack. |
