High Calorie Magic Pancake Mix Formula (Sage) 2 scoops Rice baby cereal1 scoop Barley baby cereal4 scoops Enfamil LIPIL powdered formulaFill with 3 oz of water and shake well....then fill to equal 6 oz total add 1 extra scoop of rice and 1 1/2 extra scoops of formula to fill to 8 total oz. *scoop that comes in the formula container or 1 heaping tablespoon
